Guests

Photographic series of Guests is a collection of human figures that have an extra-terrestrial touch about them, yet also allow viewers a glimpse into soul. Bucklow traces the silhouette of each Guest onto foil, then carefully makes thousands of pin pricks in the foil so that light can go through them onto a sensitized sheet. The Guests absorb the light, then reflect it back, a contemporary version of the camera obscura.
