
Nick Meek studied photography in Leeds, West Yorkshire before spending a brief period as assistant to a London / New York based advertising photographer. An avid traveler Meek spent the following few years traveling the world building a solid portfolio of landscapes and still life studies. Armed with his new portfolio of brightly coloured quirky pictures he moved to london where he quickly formed an amazing and solid partnership with Agent Siobhan Squire and began shooting of the likes of Wallpaper, Esquire and Wired Magazine and shooting advertising campaigns for American Airlines, VW, BT, Marlboro, BA and Playstation to name but a few. He has been named photographer of the year by UK’s Campaign magazine and has won many awards internationally. Meek has also had the privilege of judging photography awards throughout Europe and has been involved in judging most coveted of prizes, the D&AD Black Pencil award.Nick now works and exhibits in London and New York.
